Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari, 29, is a mother of three and successful author. When those two worlds collide you get a very glamorous woman caught breast pumping backstage just before she’s supposed to address her fans on a book tour.

Hey, a mother’s got to do what she’s got to do.

The picture, which has since gone viral on her popular Instagram account, shows a dressed up Kristin, in heels because her new book is called ‘Balancing in Heels’, holding the breast pump and staring off into the distance.

We don’t all look that fabulous pumping milk, but she’s working it.

The milk will be going to her and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler’s youngest daughter Saylor James, who is only four months old.

Kristin has spoken openly about breast feeding in the past, particularly surrounding the fact she can only manage six months before switching to the bottle, before putting both of her eldest children Camden Jack, 3, and Jaxon Wyatt, 22 months, on a goats milk formula.

The goats milk is specially formulated with her paediatrician because her children have a sensitivity to cow’s milks.

“Goat’s milk is the closest thing out there to human breast milk. Plus, it is more easily digested than cow’s or soy milk. Giving goat’s milk to children is popular in Europe and other parts of the world,” she said.

Their family follows a strictly organic diet, which Kristin believes has helped her husband’s Type 1 diabetes and prevents them from getting sick.
