i've often wondered why humans kiss. are we the only species? don't you think it's a strange thing to do? my 3 year old kisses us on the mouth, it's really important to him. "a hug and a kiss please!" he'll shout when worried. my ten month old gives big sloppy pashes, and i wonder if it's innate, or if it's learned as i kiss him constantly!
