Forget underboob. According to Kim Kardashian’s latest outfit, the newest trend is just... straight up boob.

The naked dress is an enduring trend, but we have news for any celebs planning their upcoming red carpet outfits.

Grab some extra fabric/mesh/crystals because Kim Kardashian just wore the naked dress to end all naked dresses.

Kim turned up at the Hollywood Beauty Awards on Sunday in a black Thierry Mugler dress with a thigh-high slit, a wrap around neck and two… very large… cutouts that leave her torso and chest area rather exposed.

Actually, two velvet straps are just large enough to cover her nipples.

Kim shared images on Instagram of herself in the dress (posed in her very minimalist home) alongside her hairstylist Chris Appleton, while professional photos from the event captured even more... angles of her miracle dress.

In an Insta story she said the dress was a 1998 archive look.

We're not sure how she lifted her arms, bent down or did basically any form of... moving, but kudos.

A wardrobe malfunction is just millimetres away and simply looking at this dress gives us anxiety, but Kim K rocked it with all the confidence you would expect.

It's a trend we also saw on Monday night's premiere of Dancing with the Stars, with model and actress Olympia Valance wearing a top that strategically covered her nipples.
