Kim Kardashian's family photo was almost perfect. Almost.

Kim Kardashian just wanted a nice family portrait.

But as the 37-year-old shared on Instagram, it was no easy feat getting her two-year-old son, Saint, daughter North, almost five, and newborn Chicago to cooperate.

“I don’t think you really understand how hard it is to take a good family pic. This was all we got before all three kids started crying. I think I cried too,” Kim captioned the photo of herself and Kanye with their three children.

Still, she got what she wanted: the perfect family photo. Well, almost.

Fans have noticed that North, who was appearing innocent while adorably making a peace sign, is actually standing on her mother’s feet.

"That time North has both feet on ur beige-flop-kitten-heel-slides. I'd cry too Kim. But y'all beautiful man," one follower commented.

"Kim is strong for letting north step on her feet," wrote another.

Now we know that it's not that Kim wasn't smiling because she never smiles in any photos anymore - but because she was toughing her way through the pain of being stomped on. Maybe.
