Kelly Clarkson just confessed to the one thing pregnant women hate to ever admit.

Singer Kelly Clarkson has revealed her pregnancies were so terrible she asked her husband to get a vasectomy while pregnant with her second child.

Speaking on the radio program The Jenny McCarthy Show, an unapologetically honest Clarkson admitted her pregnancy was actually a completely unenjoyable experience, and that she had no qualms acknowledging that.

“It’s horrible,” she said, referencing the idea of pregnancy.

“Nothing is beautiful, nothing is magical. Whatever, you’re that person that gets that pregnancy, good for you. But I will remind my children every day of their lives what I [went through].”

Although her first pregnancy led her to “vomit 12 times a day,” 34-year-old Clarkson was adamant she wanted to have another baby to give her first daughter River, a sibling and someone to play with.

Naturally, her thought process surrounded the idea that nothing could possibly be worse than her first pregnancy.

“I wanted [River] to have somebody her age, like when we’re traveling,” Clarkson said. “And so I thought, ‘OK, we’ll just do it again.’

“I was like, ‘There’s no way it can happen again,’ but it was worse. Remi’s pregnancy was worse than River’s.”

It was the realisation that her second pregnancy was worse than the first that propelled Clarkson to ask her husband Brandon Blackstock to have a vasectomy.

“I was literally pregnant with Remi, and I was like [to Blackstock], ‘You are getting fixed. This will never happen to me again,'” Clarkson said.

It’s not the first time Clarkson has been completely transparent about the struggles she endured while pregnant, telling CBS This Morning back in November 2015 morning sickness was the least of her worries.

“I’m familiar with all-day sickness,” she said.

“I have to get IVs and fluids because I get so dehydrated. It’s really bad.”

Good thing he didn't tell her she was going to be fixed, that would be terribly abusive. Her body, her choice. His body, her choice. That's the fight for equal rights today?

Calm down... she's telling a story about how horrible she felt during her pregnancy, not providing you with a transcript of the conversation she actually had with her husband.

Agree Guest5.
I don't quite understand how a woman can say to her partner to get fixed. If you don't want another don't have unprotected sex. I don't understand why it must be the men's problem.
Although this article is about her horrible time during pregnancy, that is one of the things I picked up on too.
