We all know that the faces the Kardashians now possess are ever so slightly different from the faces they were born with – or even the ones we first met all those years ago on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, season one.

Their features have been the subject of umpteen articles speculating on the surgeries each sister may have undergone to achieve their current look.

So comparing the old Kardashian faces to their current visages is nothing new.

Somehow, though, new pictures by Instagram artist and avid photoshopper Saint Hoax make their transformations even more dramatic and glaring.
