Kaley Cuoco has a boob and nose job. But she's had one other procedure we'd never heard of.

Kaley Cuoco is not the kind of person to keep her plastic surgery close to her surgically enhanced chest.

In a recent interview with Women’s Health, the Big Bang Theory actress spoke of the various cosmetic procedures she’s undergone to boost her confidence and self image.

“As much as you want to love your inner self … I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” she said.

She had her nose done several years ago. “And my boobs – best thing I ever did,” she continued. “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12.”

Okay, we’ll be honest: we didn’t know that was a thing. Lip fillers, sure. Cheek fillers, absolutely. But neck fillers?

Yes, in the same way that dermal injectables are used to fill wrinkles around the eyes, they can be injected into the neck and jawline to smooth lines and tighten up the skin.

We've learned something today. And because learning is fun, boys and girls, we decided to take a look at some other obscure cosmetic procedures on the market.

Scrotox

We'll spare you a before-and-after picture on this one, but yes, it's exactly what it sounds like. Botox injections for the sagging skin of the scrotum.

According to Cosmetic Surgery Times, it can create a smoother, fuller appearance by relaxing the muscles in the area.

It's also used by athletes - particularly cyclists and marathon runners - to stop excess sweating and skin burn.

Abs made from your belly fat.

You've heard of liopsculpture? Well, it can also be used to create the appearance of a six pack by sucking the fat from specific areas of the belly.

The technique is called High Definition Liposculpture. And according to Australian cosmetic surgeon Dr Daniel Lanzer, "it involves sculpturing around the muscles of a patient in order to enhance the muscular and athletic look."

Grin lift.

The corners of the mouth can droop with age making the person look permanently sad. But there's an operation to point them skyward again. Because of course there is.

Known in cosmetic surgery circles as 'the grin lift', it basically involves the removal of a small triangle of skin at the upper corners of the lips, allowing the edges of the mouth to be pulled slightly upward and stitched back in place.

There is a downside to this upturn, though - it does leave permanent Joker-like scarring.

Turning an outie into an innie.

Sorry to all the outies out there, but your belly button is actually a small umbilical hernia. Yep. But as with most hernias, there's a surgical fix.

Umbilicoplasty is an operation in which excess tissue is removed to create an innie. It usually takes less than an hour, and the incisions are generally made inside the belly button to hide scarring.

Eyelash transplant.

While we all want thick, luxurious lashes, some people are prepared to go to much more extreme lengths than others to make it happen.

Eyelash transplantation is about as extreme as it gets. It involves taking hairs from elsewhere on your body - head, we mean your head - and using a special needle, insert it into the eyelid as a pseudo lash.

The hair is permanent, grows as any normal hair would and requires the patient to curl and trim when appropriate.
