'He is all my dreams come true.' Jessie J has announced the birth of her son.

Content warning: This post includes discussion of a previous pregnancy loss that may be distressing to some readers.

Jessie J has given birth to her son.

The British singer and former The Voice Australia host confirmed the news on her Instagram story, saying she feels like she is "flying in love" since his arrival.

"My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size. The feeling is indescribable," she wrote.

"He is magic. He is all of my dreams come true. He is my whole [world emoji]. I am soaking up every second and still can't believe he is real, here, and mine."

She also shared a series of images taken during the final moments of her pregnancy and the beginnings of labour, noting she didn't want "no fancy pictures, no retouching".

"I want to look back at these and remember this time exactly as I looked and felt."

Finishing off her happy update, Jessie J said she and her son are doing well post the birth.

She also thanked her fans who have followed her journey of parenthood, adding: "I am so grateful phew *happy tears*. Thank you all for your continued love and support."

It's reported that Jessie J is in a relationship with Danish-Israeli basketball player boyfriend, Chanan Safir Colman. Prior to that, she dated Channing Tatum – the pair split in 2019.

Reflecting on the challenges of dating while in the spotlight, Jessie J said to The Diary of a CEO podcast, that it can be "poisonous".

"You can't live a normal relationship if you aren't seen. So, even if I don't post a relationship, these people [paparazzi] will hide in bushes until they get a picture. You don't want them to have the control over what they say it [the relationship] is," she explained.

"I need to keep something personal and something protected, because if I talk so openly about it all the time, it's allowing opinions and poisons that really do nothing."

Earlier this year, Jessie J announced she was pregnant.

She explained she had mixed emotions about making the news public.

"I am so happy and terrified to finally share this," she captioned the Instagram post. "Please be gentle with me. Honestly, ya girl just wants to ugly cry in public, in a catsuit eating a chocolate-covered pickle, with no questions asked."

14 months prior to this pregnancy news, Jessie J shared publicly that she had experienced a miscarriage.

In November 2021, just before a performance in Los Angeles, the 35-year-old said it happened shortly after her third scan – where they didn't detect a heartbeat.

"That dreadful silence when you first have a scan and I was like, 'Just tell me the truth. What’s going on?' and she said, 'Your baby's heartbeat is very low', and I said, 'Well, what does that mean?'" she shared on The Diary Of A CEO podcast.

"He did another scan, and he said, 'I'm really sorry there's no heartbeat'."

Reflecting on this most recent pregnancy, Jessie J said she was taking a bunch of pictures and videos to "celebrate this moment". And in a recent post, prior to her son's birth, she thanked her son for "gifting me with the most special experience already".

"I love you so hard, it blows my mind this is real. I'm yours forever my son. I cannot wait to meet you. And see this smile in real life," she said.

She also shared "I love your Daddy so much," adding: "He is the most patient, calm and good-looking man. You are going to LOVE him when you meet him."
