Jessica Rowe became the hero of women everywhere when she proclaimed herself a “crap housewife” but her husband, Channel Nine presenter Peter Overton, has hit back at her claims, saying he doesn’t agree.
Aww how sweet.
But hold up. He said she’s not just a crap housewife, she’s a “very” crap housewife.
“I think it’s hashtag very crap housewife, not just crap housewife,” Peter told KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O. “That’s good, the burned schnitzel. I’d rather she just boiled water and garnish it with parsley.”
Ouch.
Jessica is one of our favourite brutally honest television presenters (read this excerpt from her biography, and you’ll see why), not least for labelling herself a ‘crap housewife’, and sharing photos of the un-spectacular meals she cooks for her family.
