When it comes to Australian sporting icons, they don't get bigger than Jess Fox.
Fox has just cemented her status as Australia's most successful individual Olympian at the Paris 2024 Games after she won gold medals in both the K1 kayak and C1 canoe slalom events.
This brings her Olympic medal tally to six, which means she's surpassed swimming legends Ian Thorpe, Emma McKeon and Dawn Fraser in individual medals.
She is the most decorated Olympic canoe slalom competitor ever. Huge slay all 'round.
Jess couldn't be any higher on her pedestal (or more specifically, her gold medal podium) right now, but she might need to shuffle over to make room for her little sister, Noémie Fox, who has just won her own Olympic gold in Paris.
