Iggy Azalea got more plastic surgery, isn't afraid to tell you about it.

“I don’t think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself.”

Iggy Azalea – also known as Iggy Iggs, Amethyst Kelly or that Aussie chick who raps in an American accent – isn’t a fan of hiding things from people.

Which is why she’s come out and confirmed that she’s had some plastic surgery. Just a bit, not a lot, but even if it was a lot, who cares?

We already knew she got a boob job – she admitted as much to Vogue and Iggy-admirers around the world praised her for being so honest. Because, let’s be realistic, it’s not every day a famous woman admits to having plastic surgery.

But rumours started spreading that she got more surgery after she showed up to the Billboard Music Awards looking pretty different.

She then confused everyone even more when she posted a photo of herself at the award show with the caption “Loving my new look”.

As it turns out, she was apparently just talking about a nose job. She spoke to Seventeen magazine about the change and said it was important for her to admit to it.

“I’m not denying it. Denying it is lame,” she told Seventeen.

“I don’t think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself, which is why I’ve spoken about the changes I’ve made, like with my breasts.”

Remembering that Seventeen‘s target audience is made up of teenage girls, Iggy made sure to choose her next statement carefully, saying anyone who wants to follow in her footsteps should definitely research first.

“I read a lot about nose jobs online. Some women are really happy they got them, and some women changed their noses when they were younger, and when they got older they wished they didn’t.”

“Plastic surgery is an emotional journey. It’s no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself — and it’s no easy feat to change yourself. Either way you look at it, it’s a tough journey. There are things that I didn’t like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I’ve learned to accept.”

Still, it makes us happy that Iggs is open to sharing her plastic surgery ‘journey’ with the public. It’s refreshing to have female celebrities admit they struggle with body image issues, especially since so many pretend that they’re all natural when, let’s be honest, they’re not.
