oh my gosh.... it is fake. sheesh, you really can't believe everything you read/see. it is a picture on it. its just a little piercing, like your ear pierced, then it has a big round thing with a picture on it of teeth.... lol it sure looks weird/real.
It's a dental mirror :) it actually shows the inside of someone's mouth = the back of the bottom front teeth, not the front. It's a photoshop, and sadly the photoshop that inspired a bunch of fools to out holes in they faces :/
