30-year-old Hilaria shared this photo on her very popular Instagram, thanking Alec Baldwin for “putting up with my monkey business.”
By “monkey business,” we can only assume she means her daily habit of doing extremely bendy yoga poses on everything from boats and trains to New York subway signs and streets. That is, when she’s not looking after the couple’s 10 month old baby girl.

I'm a yoga fan and did it for while too.....well, on & off.
I also have a gorgeous actress friend in L.A. who's own yoga photos (she's an instructor) look a bit like these.
My last attempt to do a yoga class wasn't so successful as I really was too plump to manage most of those "bendy" poses.........I try to remember my Tai Chi routine in the meantime.
We're big fans of Alex Baldwin's much misunderstood character in 30 ROCK so I'd like to think he's actually a much less eccentric & stressed character around his "bendy & centerd" wife......
