“That was the last cookie dunked in frosting I ever had.” Poor Tracy Anderson.
Gwyneth Paltrow, lime-lover, Goopy person and concious uncoupler, hates cookies.
She hates cookies so much that no-one around her is allowed to eat one.
How do we know that? Because her trainer buddy told us so. One day, nine years ago, 42-year-old Paltrow saw her legendary personal trainer Tracy Anderson, 40, eating a cookie, forgot for a second that Anderson was a grown woman and not her child, and reprimanded her for eating said cookie.
Anderson calls this exchange life-changing.
“I was so good at designing bodies, including my own, that I could eat a pizza and a tub of ice cream every day and you wouldn’t see it; it was like a free card to eat whatever I wanted,” Anderson said.
“And I was in London, dunking cookies in frosting. And she looked at me and was like, ‘What are you doing?’

“And I was like, ‘What do you mean? It’s so good!’ And she’s like, ‘Do you know how toxic that is?’ I said, ‘Yes.’
“And she’s like, ‘And you’re still eating it.’ I was like, ‘You know what? She’s so right’.
“That was almost nine years ago. That was the last cookie dunked in frosting I ever had.”
That last line may just be the saddest thing we’ve ever read.

Not sure what is so toxic about a cookie? I make cookies at home, pretty sure poison is not listed as an ingredient in any recipe book I've ever used.
She probably means the sugar content. Who really knows? ;)
