A family in Belgium have surprised their Grandpa with a puppy to help him cope with the loss of his wife.

While not much can console a man after losing his wife of 63 years, this touching gesture by YouTuber Davy Vanhaesendock and his family shows that sometimes it’s the little things that help.

“Look what we have brought for you. A friend to keep you company,” they say.
