Giuliana Rancic is a member of the Lob Mob (we’re going to continue using that term until it catches on, dammit), but she went the full Rapunzel for her hosting gig at the Miss USA pageant this week.
The E! News and Fashion Police co-host let her hair hang down (and down… and down…) with the help of some taped-in extensions.
Here’s an Instagram snap of Giuliana having the weave put in, which she captioned, “Rocking a totally different hairstyle for the #MissUSA pageant tonight! Tune in and tell me if u like!”

‘Long hair, don’t care’ indeed.
Although Giuliana, 39, had a few outfit changes throughout the show, she stuck with stick-straight hair and a centre part. As you can see below, simple, sleek hair goes with everything.
Giuliana's no stranger to long hair, having worn it since her teenage years, However, she chopped it off into a long bob after becoming a mum to her son Duke, born via surrogate, in 2012.
"I had long, long hair for years and years - ever since I can remember - probably since I was about 16. So I cut my hair because I wanted to spend more time with Duke and less time blow-drying my hair," she told the website Modern Mom.
"And it's worked, it's helped so much. I don't even have to think about it any more - it lets me worry less about the things that don't really matter, so I can spend more time with the people who really do matter."
That all makes perfect sense, but we're sure G relishes the opportunity to rock a (temporary) curtain of hair from time to time. And we can't think of a better place to tape in a big old set of extensions than at a beauty pageant.
