The moment a little girl vomited on Paula Abdul on So You Think You Can Dance.

Have you ever been so, completely consumed with nerves you vomited a little?

If not, consider yourself lucky because one young girl just did it on television. And all over American Idol alum, Paula Abdul.

On this week’s So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation, 12-year-old aspiring dancer, Chai Tahani absolutely killed it dancing to Beyonce’s ‘Countdown’.

So much so that all three judges, Abdul, singer Jason Derulo and choreographer, Nigel Lythgoe, gave her three ‘golden tickets’ and a standing ovation.

Tahani appeared elated at the end of the performace, as she walked over to hug the judges.

As she approached Abdul, her demeanor changed completely - Tahani knew what was about to happen. The tween tried to hold it in, she really did, but she ended up throwing up all over Abdul.

Cue shocked gasps from the audience.

"It's okay honey, it's okay," Abdul said.

"I've never had anyone just vomit on me like that."

Tahani looked mortified, but later explained the vomit was a result of her literally bursting with happiness.

"I hugged Paula and she squeezed me too tight and all the happiness came out on her jacket."
