In case you missed it, Bachelorette darling Georgia Love wore one of the most amazing dresses this spring racing season.
During Saturday’s Stakes Day, the 29-year-old wore a beautifully bright Alex Perry creation. The dress was also short, because a) it’s November and summer is coming and b) women are allowed to wear whatever length dress they damn well please, thank you very much.
But, unfortunately, one creepy Instagram user had a bit of an issue with Love’s neon dress, and attempted to shame the TV presenter on her own social media account.
“Was just chatting to the VRC about crowd numbers and they have confirmed that no less than 116,000 people saw what you had for breakfast across the 4 days,” he wrote.
“Long live the short dress!”

While most would choose to ignore such a vile and ignorant comment, Queen Georgia Love was not about to take the remark lying down.
“Are you really slut shaming me on my own page?” she wrote.
“Get a life and a real account you lowlife.”
She even added the dismissive farewell hashtag “Bye Felicia”, further cementing the fact that nobody could ever shame her into wearing something that made her feel less confident and less fabulous than she deserves.
The former Bachelorette‘s fans were also quick to condemn the stranger’s rude remarks.
“Haters are gunna Hate….shake it off!” one fan wrote.
“U alwayz look Beautifully Stylish!..Life’s too short to entertain a grubs opinion, speaks volumes about themselves (sic).”

Of course, this isn’t the first time Georgia has faced her critics head-on.
When a gossip magazine made false claims she was pregnant back in June, she fired back with a sassy caption.
“Can a girl not eat a big breakfast without being assumed pregnant?” she wrote.
And when cruel comments were made alongside paparazzi pictures of her exercising, she posted a passionate response to her body shamers.
“No wonder negative body image and mental health issues are becoming more and more prevalent in our society, the internet can be a disgusting place,” she wrote.
“[The Daily Mail] posted an article about me exercising (not sitting on the couch gorging on a burger. Exercising) and every single comment is body shaming me,” she continued.
“One even suggests I’m so unattractive my boyfriend simply must be cheating on me! This is not a “woe is me”” post, this is to highlight just a snippet of what these trolls do and shame them right back.
“Girls (and guys), if anyone tells you you’re not good enough, not pretty enough, not skinny enough; they’re wrong. No I’m not a size 6 and I will never apologise for that. I am a happy, fit, active, NORMAL person and that is all any of us should strive to be?”
Georgia is currently raising awareness for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month after the loss of her mother last year. For more information, click here.
