Deciding who to invite to your wedding can be difficult, and a 10 year rift between two celebrity guests doesn’t help.
George Clooney’s wedding to human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin is set to happen any day now. But the attention has turned from them to the guests.
We’re hoping everything goes smoothly after Woman’s Day revealed that George has invited both Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie to the highly anticipated event.
Ever since Brad Pitt left Jennifer for Angelina ten years ago, close friend George hasn’t been able to take sides.
So when it came to sending out his wedding invitations, George decided to invite both Jennifer and her fiancé Justin Theroux, as well as Brad and Angelina, reports Woman’s Day.
Jennifer was “surprised and a bit nervous” about receiving an invitation and “didn’t want to assume she would be invited even though she hoped she would” a source told Woman’s Day.
Angelina is said to be furious over the idea of sharing the event with Jennifer who has called her a “homewrecker” in the past.
This is the first time Jennifer and Angelia will face each other since they were kept apart at the 2011 Oscars.
Maybe Jennifer and Angelina can take some wedding inspiration from Amal, with both celebrities said to be planning their own weddings.
