1. In the game of ‘playing it by the law’ Lindsay Lohan was not a winner this week. First, she was arrested on suspicion of battery after an “incident” at a club in New York, where she was accused of, well, punching a woman in the face.
And later in the day, Lindsay was charged with three misdemeanor counts related to a car accident in June. The three counts are giving false information to a police officer (apparently she lied about who was driving the car), obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his/her duty and reckless driving.
If convicted, Lindsay could be facing jail time for each of those three charges.
Oh Lindsay, what are we going to do with you? We miss the days when you wore sneakers, didn’t dye your naturally gorgeous hair and there were two of you in the Parent Trap. Those little munchkins would never have punched someone in the face, now would they?

3. Ricky Martin will be livin’ la vida loca on Australia’s The Voice next season. He’s replacing everyone’s favourite judge (seriously, don’t push us on this one, it’s just a fact), the rather delicious Keith Urban.
Ricky wrote: “Sending some mad love to everyone in #Australia! Cant wait to go back! Peace!” Maybe Ricky will follow in Keith’s footsteps and show off his undies on national television too? No objections here.
5. Elbows and nipples. What’s the difference? Nothing. According to Facebook, they are the SAME THING. The social media giant and most visited website in the world banned this picture after mistaking the woman’s elbows for nipples. Understandable really, happens to us all the time.
“This photo does not violate our content standards and we have already restored the photo,” an official Facebook spokesperson told the Huffington Post.” We made a mistake removing the picture and apologised to the page admin.”

7. Would you wear it? Nicki Minaj turned up to the launch of her new perfume (called Down Under) dressed as a giant cupcake. Maybe if enough of us buy the perfume gift pack at Christmas, Nicki will attend her next big event dressed as a full sized jam and cream filled sponge.

Chris Brown punches a woman and he is the antichrist and you never ever let up about it, ever, while Lindsay does it and you say lightheartedly 'oh Lindsay, what are we going to do with you', yet the level of injury is pretty similar. Why the difference?
Do you really need it explained to you the difference between a man hitting a woman & woman hitting another woman?

I kinda feel sorry for Linsday L - she clearly has trouble living an independent & responsible life (as many people do), but she's doing it in the public eye. What a train wreck of a career & personal life. just sayin...
