Fluff Files: Bumper Long Weekend Edition

Missed out on your daily dose of fluff this week?

Never fear because we have thoughtfully compiled this week’s best celeb news just for you. Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Lady Gaga sparked a Twitter body revolution, just by tweeting a picture of her in yellow underwear. After recent (ridiculous) coverage of her weight gain in the media, the singer has posted a photo with the caption: “Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15″ and the note”A Body Revolution 2013”.

It’s started a new mission over at the Born This Way Foundation, encouraging her “little monsters” to get comfortable in their own skin. The Twitter account @ABodyRevolution has also been tweeting more underwear pictures of Gaga with messages such as “to inspire bravery” and “BRAVE REVOLUTIONARY”.

Bravo, Gaga.

A few celebrity mums shared pictures of the latest additions to their families. Jessica Simpson posted a picture of 4-month-old Maxwell that has women around the globe ovulating and Giuliana also shared the first pictures of her newborn, Duke. Take a look:

Sofia Vergara set the twitter world abuzz with pics of her dress splitting 20 minutes before she went on stage at the Emmys. The hilarious actress then went on to dance her heart out at the after-party – wardrobe malfunction be damned. We love her. A lot. (You can see the video of her stomping up a storm here.)

And speaking of the Emmys – you can see all the frocks that crossed the red carpet right here too. Who was your favourite?

Photoshop fail of the year? Quite possibly. Numéro magazine recently airbrushed model Karlie Kloss…to make her look less skeletal. Whoosh. That’s the sound of the magazine COMPLETELY MISSING THE POINT. Have a look:

This from Blisstree.com:

“… Airbrushing the ribs off a thin model is every bit as disturbing as whittling away thighs and tummies. …Magazines, I want to tell you, explicitly, exactly what women want from you to make us feel better about ourselves and the world we live in: We want you to cast models of all shapes and sizes, without calling them out or making a big deal of it, and we want you to use little to no airbrushing of said models.

THANK YOU, Blisstree.

We’ve been waiting for this celebrity to announce the birth of her third child – and finally, it’s happened. Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth have announced the birth of their son, named Tennessee James Toth. It’s the first child for the couple – Reese is also mother to Ava, 13, and Deacon 8 (their father is Ryan Philippe).

Their rep told People: “Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.”

We love happy baby news! Congrats, Reese and Jim.
