Revolutionary communist leader and former president of Cuba, Fidel Castro, has died at 90.
He had been in poor health and suffering from intestinal issues since 2006.
Born in August 1926, Castro took power in 1959 after years of engaging in guerilla warfare against Batista regime.
He went on to lead the country for five decades.

He created the country which lists the right to free medical care as one of constitutional rights, along with guaranteeing paid leave for pregnant women before and after giving birth.

By the way, "over 600 attempts" is definitely exaggerated. But even one attempt to assassinate a leader of a sovereign country would be one too many.
And sending the country broke.
Just a shame he used those things to exert control and that he wasn't very keen on many other rights.
And he murdered, tortured and enslaved tens of thousands of Cubans. But he introduced paid mat leave.
