For a few weeks now, I’ve been hanging out at Fernwood Fitness and having a grand old time. I’ve tried the free food, I’ve had a go at all the group fitness classes and I’ve even got myself a personal trainer who had me plenty of painful burpees.

Nat! Don't bench press using the smith machine, it guides the weights too much and you don't build up stabilising muscles. Bench free with the barbell, or if you're worried about crushing yourself, grab some dumbbells and do it that way.
Also, your workout singlet is amazing.
ALSO, now I want to go to the gym.
