Rolexes, the Queen's corgis and ice cream flown from Italy: This royal is spilling some very hot tea.

Sarah Ferguson, aka Fergie, is posh and very royal. And she wants you to know it, in case you didn't already.

The royal has a new podcast out now with another fellow Sarah, British entrepreneur Sarah Thomson, called Tea Talks where they 'spill the tea' on their lives.

With a cup of tea in hand while recording, the pair also acknowledge when there's a sub-section of their conversation that sounds hilariously over-the-top privileged, labelling it "posh chat"

And posh chat it is.

Watch: Sarah Ferguson talks about being judged by the tabloids. Post continues below.

So for a bit of a laugh at how the other side live, we've rounded up some of the most absurd and iconic lines said on the podcast - from lost Rolex's to pink champagne.

The time Fergie lost her Rolex watch while on a luxury boat.

"A great friend of mine gave me a Rolex watch once," Fergie began. And we simply must know which friend this was - and how do we become friends with them too??

"I was wearing it on the ocean on a boat - posh chat - and it fell off into the sea. I dove - do you like that? I said dove instead of 'I dived'. Very posh. I went into the sea and went down so deep, so desperate for my Rolex watch. And I got it."

Her co-host spoke about losing her own gold bangles in the ocean and how her kids snorkled their way to relocating the bangles, much to Thomson's relief. And yes, the family had been on holiday in the Bahamas, in case you were wondering.

Are both examples very Kim Kardashian losing her $75,000 diamond earring in Bora Bora? Absolutely.

Fergie "loves" commuter trains and thinks they are "cool".

"I've been on a train a lot. I love train rides," she said when her co-host suggested she might be a bit blind to the realities of everyday people taking public transport.

Then Fergie clarified that she particularly loves lush trains - namely she wants to re-do a trip on the Orient Express.

"I love being on trains. I really want to go do our podcast on a train."

But she likes commuter trains too.

"I'm quite good at getting on the 7:30am train, the commuter train. And it's so cool because you meet people. I was born to be a people's person - real people, real life, real results."

Fergie is very particular about her tea - and pink champagne.

In the first episode of the podcast, Fergie asked the producers to next time make sure her own tea boxes were in the studio, as well as her own cups and saucers. And they have to be made from beautiful china of course, ideally Wedgewood China.

She particularly dislikes how Americans make tea.

"Please clean out the thermos which has had coffee in it, before you make the tea. When you do make me a cup of tea, don't leave the string hanging out. I like it weak, no tea, no sugar. No tea bag left."

As for her favourite alcoholic beverage?

"I simply adore Laurent Perrier pink champagne," she said, where it was in abundant supply at a recent birthday celebration of hers, "flowing like water".

Fergie takes the Queen's corgis on a woodland walk made especially for the royal family.

"I was chatting to the dogs and they knew the way. There was a little woodland walk that was made especially for the Queen and just so special," Fergie said about walking the two corgis that the Queen owned, and then the five dogs of her own.

Then she mentioned her ex-husband Prince Andrew was on this walk too, and that kind of put a damper on the idyllic image of the Queen's woodland walk filled with dogs.

And if you were interested in what the corgis' names are - Muick and Sandy.

"They are national icons, so every time they run chasing a squirrel, I panic. But they're total joys."

Fergie says her ice cream has to come from Italy.

"My favourite ice cream is from a station in Donoratico [Tuscany Italy], where I have a combination of lemon sorbet, raspberry sorbet, mixed with vanilla all in one big cone. Oh yes."

And as a previous ambassador for Weight Watchers, Fergie also noted how many 'bad points' each dessert item was worth... which feels a bit weird.

When organising a dinner party, Fergie says there's a very royal way to do it.

It comes to lots and lots of finer-detail planning darlings.

"If you're coming to dinner, I would have telephoned through to your office to find out exactly what foods you like and what foods you don't. I would not ask you your dietary requirements because I already would have found it out, because your guest in my house," she said.

"At royal banquets, they literally get a ruler out to check how far away when laying each setting on the table. I have a thing about it. If you watch Downton Abbey, it's like that."

After hearing all about Fergie's posh antics, now Downton Abbey sounds rather common. Pink champagne anyone?
