Earlier this month we brought you the news that former Teen Mom star, Farrah Abrahams, was the victim of a botched lip job. And today we can update you on the situation; she’s made a full recovery, you guys.

She debuted her fully recovered lips at New York strip club, The Scene, on Saturday night. As you do post-surgery nightmare…

The 23-year-old mother of one ended up in the emergency department after suffering an allergic reaction to the aesthetic during the lip augmentation.

You may remember her from Teen Mom, or you may remember her from her more, ahem, adult acting career in sex tape Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, but 23-year-old Farrah Abraham is back in the news.

And yes, it still has to do with one of her body parts - but (thankfully) not THAT body part.

This is what happens when bottom implants go horribly wrong

The mother-of-one took to Twitter to post some truly shocking selfies in the emergency department after a botched cosmetic surgery procedure went horribly wrong.

Posting both front and side profile pictures of her enlarged upper lip, Abraham tweeted, “Girlfriends don't say I didn't warn ya ! #BOTCHED California #ER #fixit”.

After her followers started comparing her to Futurama character, Leela, she then poked fun at the situation tweeting a split photo herself and captioning it, "Gotta love my new look."

But was it an allergic reaction that caused the swelling or a botched procedure? According to TMZ, Abraham underwent a new procedure where the doctor puts an implant in the patient's lip - a more cost effective alternative to cosmetic fillers.

The budget beauty treatment that resulted in a woman’s death.

"Farrah says she researched the doctor and the procedure and decided it was a safe bet. She was wrong. She says the doctors injected her with an anesthetic before the procedure...and believes she had a MAJOR allergic reaction," reports TMZ.

This isn’t Abrahams' first foray into cosmetic surgery; she tried collagen injections in October 2013 and, in 2012, reportedly spent $21,000US on a chin implant, which she later had removed.

Here's hoping her lips deflate soon.
