If you needed any more proof that Emma Stone was the most relatable movie star in the world, look no further than her sassy response when asked about her dress on the Golden Globes red carpet.
The 28-year-old La La Land actress was being interviewed by E!‘s Ryan Seacrest, when he asked her about her gown.
(Yes, we’re still doing that, apparently…)
"Tell me about your dress this evening," Seacrest asked.
"Umm...well...it's pink and it has stars on it," Emma cheekily replied, which is a 100 per cent accurate description of what she was wearing.
While some are claiming Emma "surgically eviscerated" the red carpet host, we're more inclined to label it a witty nod to the #AskHerMore campaign, which encourages reporters to ask female actors about their work rather than their wardrobe.
The campaign started in 2014, with many famous female faces shrugging off questions about their outfits, and refusing to participate in activities like E! famous 'mani-cam' photo booth.
Of course, some actresses wore outfits specifically designed to make a statement during yesterday's Golden Globe ceremony.
Westworld star Evan Rachel Wood wore a custom made tuxedo to show women and girls watching that dresses aren't a requirement for being a woman.
"You don't have to wear one if you don't want to," she said.

The men were also asked who made their suits, in the red carpet coverage I saw. I agree that the mani-cam and chicken rotisseries of past red carpets are ridiculous, but asking the name of the designer who provides their dresses free (in a lot of cases) is acceptable.
Fashion makes the red carpet! Why do you think they all go to such great lengths to look the way they do. Ugh... can we all move past this please!
