Business Chicks founder Emma Isaacs has married her girlfriend, Azure Antoinette.

Business Chicks founder Emma Isaacs has an update to add to her LinkedIn profile: she just got married in Vegas.

The global CEO, author and mum-of-six – who built Business Chicks into the largest women's networking group in Australia – wed her partner, Azure Antoinette, in a low-key (surprise) ceremony. 

Antoinette is an artist, entrepreneur, poet, actress (she appeared on Grey's Anatomy!!) and TED speaker. She was listed as one of Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women in 2012 with Forbes referring to her as "the Maya Angelou of the Millennial generation".

Isaacs and Antoinette shared the nuptial news on Instagram. 

"The plan WAS, go to the GRAMMYs with my two-times Grammy considered fiancée," Isaacs' post began. 

"That WAS the plan. Then in true poetic fashion, VEGAS. Sorry kids! Sorry mum and dad! Surprise! We eloped! We got married! I'm so happy and floating on cloud nine."

Isaacs shared pics with her 56k followers, thanking her new wife for setting up the spontaneous wedding.

"Thanks to my wife @hello_azureantoinette who organised the entire thing. A few days ago she says 'Let’s get married in Vegas – just get a dress babe and show up.' I bought three dresses online, one of them fit, two got sent back and it was all beyond perfect," she said. 

"We'll be having a real wedding when we get around to it, but I can honestly say yesterday was ALL JOY and there was not a moment of stress. We got to focus on one another and remember what marriage is about. Love. So much love love love love. Happy Wife. Happy Life."

Both Antoinette and Isaacs have shared gushing posts about one another on social media since becoming a couple. 

For Valentine's Day in 2023, Isaacs shared a loving dedication to her girlfriend. "Late to the Valentine’s Day party but always on time with this one. You are my return, my respite and my resuscitation back to life," she shared. 

"Thank you for our extraordinary love."

Antoinette returned the favour for Isaacs' birthday by saying: "I am filled with gratitude to stand at your side, make you laugh, take on the world with you. Thank you for all you do for me, for the kids, the pets, the globe."
