Life guru Elizabeth Gilbert says people often ask her for help with the age-old question, “What am I doing with my life?”

In a Facebook post, the author – best known for her memoir Eat, Pray, Love – says the answer boils down to the differences between four very important words: hobby, job, career and vocation.

Her explanation of the importance of these terms is rather lengthy, but thought-provoking. And it’s all about finding your passion.
