This season, add a personal touch and some quirky creative flair to your Christmas cards. These nifty festive ‘scratchie’ cards will add another little surprise to Christmas Day gift opening.
What you’ll need:
A4 cardboard paper
Gold acrylic paint
Paintbrush
Dishwashing liquid
Clear contact paper
Scissors / Cutting knife
A pen
Card templates (black branches, colourful branches, black snowflakes, colourful snowflakes)
Step 1:
Download and print the Christmas card printables and cut them out with your scissors.
Step 2:
Write your gift or special message in the centre of the card.
Step 3:
Prepare your mixture with 2 parts acrylic paint to every 1 part dishwashing liquid. Stir gently so you don't make any bubbles.
Step 4:
Start painting a circle over the Christmas ornament round . You will probably need to do two or three layers to cover the writing. Let it dry.
