“Listen if they’re asking for help. Just listen. It’s the best thing you can do.”
In this video, Sam Webb talks about how his best mates suicide inspired him to create a group that offers support and resources to anyone feeling depressed.
“It’s a very taboo, dark, touchy subject as it is. Let’s make it a bit more acceptable in the public eye,” he says.
If you think you may be experiencing depression or another mental health problem, please contact your general practitioner or in Australia, contact Lifeline 13 11 14 for support or beyondblue 1300 22 4636.

good job sam. it is not weak to speak. there is help out there.
There isn't much help. It depends on where you live and also whether you have supportive family and friends. It also depends on what the problems are.
I'm a bereaved mother,I live in rural Australia,I have no friends or family,I have no job,I have no one and nothing. No one cares.
I have tried everywhere for help, but no one is listening and no one cares.
Thank you.

You may be listening........but are really " LISTENING"??
