Welcome to the Nothing To Wear Edit where each week we curate the best picks from the topic we spoke about on the podcast. Listen to the full episode here.
This week’s episode of Nothing To Wear is all about working out your colours. Sounds retro, but colour theory is having a huge resurgence because knowing what shades suit you helps reduce the overwhelm of shopping and getting dressed.
My guest Kim Crowley explained that essentially there are four groups — summer, winter, spring and autumn — and you'll fall into one of those colour families. All the details of how to find your season are within the episode.
Luckily, she said there are a few colours that suit *most* people, which are navy, moss green, and espresso or true brown. They're all secondary colours that aren't too harsh or going to wash you out, and tend to mix and match well with the colours of your season.
So I’ve pulled together an edit of my top picks in those colours that anyone can wear!
