Reader beware, you might come away from reading this story with a serious case of paranoia.
Seriously, it might have you going through your partner's phone late at night, tagging along to their work Christmas parties, and forbidding them to go on business trips.
You see, every Monday night on my Instagram account I ask my followers to tell me their Saucy Secrets. They never disappoint.
Concerningly, the one overwhelming theme of these stories is cheating.
It would appear everyone is either doing it, or having it done to them, and even more worryingly, it seems the majority of this cheating is going on at work.

It's not just the office sleaze giving it a go, oh no. It’s the bored teacher, the lovesick lawyer, and the randy tradie too.
Put it this way, if you suspect two of your colleagues might be having an affair, they probably are.
This week I threw out a very simple question during my saucy secrets session: “I want to hear from anyone who has ever cheated with a colleague. How did it happen/begin, and what profession do you work in?”
Well, the answers came in thick and fast...
A LOT of cheating happens at the work Christmas party.
One man said: "I work in a government job and started having an affair with a colleague in my team. It started with some innocent flirting at the Christmas party. That progressed to text messages, which started getting raunchier and more intense, which led to one night kissing in the car park after work.
"It was so intense and we both wanted more. A few days after the kiss we went to a work function together and ended up stopping at a park for some teenage making out and feeling each other up. After that night we couldn’t keep our hands of each other grabbing each other under the table in meetings. Kissing in the stairwell and corners of hallways turned into sex in the toilet and blow jobs under the desk.
"The sex was intense and naughty we moved into the office mediation room during the day and tried to be with each other every day. We then migrated to each other's houses. We don’t work together anymore but are still seeing each other in a forbidden way."
A woman in government said she started an affair at the work Christmas party, revealing: “It was a long time coming as we’d been flirting for months.”
One medical worker revealed she was flirting up a storm at work drinks with one particular co-worker before they took it to the next level at the work Christmas party when they met in the empty server room to get it on.
And one scorned husband revealed his wife is in advertising and while he was away she slept with a colleague at their house after her work Christmas party. He said he caught them on the doorbell camera after she clumsily knocked it while trying to unlock the door after a few too many wines.
Work travel is a hotbed for bad behaviour.
First there was the guy who works in finance who said: "It’s well known that interstate or international conferences are a cheat fest in finance, it’s an unwritten rule."
One woman who works for local government said her work affair happened “when he knew I was in a weak spot with my (now) ex husband. He would send me flirty messages, then I had a work trip planned and he appeared on it, then one thing lead to another. He was very high up at the ladder at work and it was a thrill for both of us.”
Another woman revealed she was on an overseas trip when she cheated on her partner with the manager of the hotel she was staying at.
Another man said while working for the military overseas on deployment he started an affair with a fellow colleague. He said they stayed for an extra week after everyone else was sent home, telling their partners they were still required over there. "It was worth the risk for some extra time," he said.
Beware of real estate agents.
I was surprised by how many real estate agents entered the confessional. Here are two of the highlights:
One man said: "It happens a lot as a real estate agent. We’d have sex in vacant homes after inspections."
Another real estate agent confessed to having an affair with a co-worker, stating it "lasted for around seven years and 20 years later we are still best friends."
The workers who fell for their bosses/assistants.
A woman working in media said she was tempted by her CEO and managed to keep their affair under wraps for two years. "It was so addictive because it was so naughty."
Another guy in the finance industry confessed: "I hooked up with my assistant after dinner and some cheeky banter."
A government worker (yes we’re also sensing a theme here) said she had an affair with her boss: "We loved sneaking around. The risk of getting caught only made it sexier."
