Well, to be honest, we’d be pretty chuffed too.
Anne Hathaway, former favourite actor and now slightly forgotten about famous person, reckons she looks like Amal Clooney nee Alamuddin, humans rights lawyer and wife of that Clooney guy.
To be honest? We can kind of, maybe, a little, bit, not quite see it… beyond the dark hair, big smiles and brown eyes these two don’t look particularly similar.
We’re certainly not in doppleganger territory.
Yet, 32-year-old Hathaway is pretty chuffed that some guy told her she looks like Clooney, 37.
She received this wonderful praise from a journalist at Extra, who made the comparison while interviewing Hathaway about her new movie, Song One.
“I’ve never heard that! Thank you,” the ever-gracious Hathaway said. “That’s like so gonna be the best thing to happen to me today.”
Looks aside, Hathway seemed mostly pumped to be compared in any way to this formidably impressive and intelligent woman (as most of us would be).
“I hope that I become half the woman she is. She’s so accomplished and it’s so thrilling to look at someone and be like, ‘Wow. You really are making the world a better place,” Hathway said.

As far as celebrity dopplegangers go though, we think we can do a little better than Clooney and Hathaway.

It's interesting that even when some features are similar the different persobality types can make them look different, because Zooey and Katy come across as quite different personalities, Zooey more coquettish, Katy more in your face, as a result I don't see that much similarity.
Conversely some people who don't look so much alike have a very similar personality vibe and as a result remind me of each other, though at the moment no one springs to mind. The latter would also be an interesting topic.
What I find strange though is that some of these celebrities I find attractive yet their doppelgänger not so much. I actually think that some of these are just the photos that are similar but in other photos I wouldn't say Isla fisher or amy Adams were that similar, and neither is Zooey and Katy perry. What we are noticing here is more the case of similar hairstyles than identical features. Definitely though some of the others such as Javier is uncanny.
