1. “There’s nothing wrong with casual sex.” Cass Thorburn on her dating life since splitting with Karl Stefanovic.

Four years on from her divorce with ex-husband Karl Stefanovic, Cass Thorburn has opened about her dating life in the latest episode of her podcast, Divorce Story.

“Just because I don’t want to share my life with another person at this point in time doesn’t mean I am not having a good time in my life,” she said on the podcast.

“For me, I was very focused and said to my girlfriends, do not set me up on dates, I really want to get to know myself first and make sure that I am okay before I go carrying any baggage into another relationship.”

That said, the journalist and broadcaster says, “There is nothing wrong with casual sex”.

Cassandra separated from the Today Show host back in 2016, after 21 years of marriage. The pair share three children together.

The 49-year-old explained she was hesitant to share too many details about her dating life on the podcast “because I am pretty sure my children don’t want to hear about it”.

But she did share her honest thoughts about sex after getting out of a long-term relationship with her co-host Annaliese Dent and sexologist Nikki Goldstein.

“Dating is a whole other issue but there is the point that they say getting over someone is getting under someone,” she said.

“I don’t believe that is the case. I don’t think that you can try and have sex with someone else and that will make you get over someone else. Even as younger people before marriage, any of us that tried that, it doesn’t really work.”

We're glad to see Cass is living her best life and doing what makes her happy.

2. “They weren’t helping me.” The punishment Stacey Hampton received when she broke her MAFS contract.

As may have been evident following the huge amount of early rumours coming out of this season's Married at First Sight, it looks like this year's cast were quick to dismiss Channel Nine's rules.

But exactly what the consequences were for disobeying them, were not clear.

Enter our favourite rebel, Stacey Hampton, who appeared on a live-stream with radio personality Bryce Ruthven last night to reveal all the secrets.

When asked by the host why she was never listed as Channel Nine's talent for radio interviews, Stacey responded carefully:

"I didn't like the way they talking about my life in the media. And they were allowing other contestants to talk about my personal life, and drag certain people through the mud who didn't sign up to the show,"

"They were meant to support our mental health and have my back, and I felt like they didn't and they weren't helping me. And that they were allowing other contestants to get away with certain things. I thought, "This is the part that I take back control and let you guys (viewers of the show) see me for who I am," she continued.

The 26-year-old broke contract by first locking Nine and production company, Endemol Shine, out of her Instagram account, before doing unauthorised interviews with the media, which inspired co-stars to follow suit.

One of these women, being Natasha Spencer.

"I am so proud of my co-stars for going rogue. I'm not going to lie, I'm all for it!" she said.

"When there's a state of anarchy, I think they just give up."

Something tells us Nine are going to have to come up with a new game-plan if they want another season of Married at First Sight to take place.

Don't you hate it when you accidentally call your baby 'genital'?

That's what happened to comedian Amy Schumer, who this week announced she has changed her child's name after realising her unfortunate mishap.

Schumer and husband Chris Fisher welcomed their first child together in May 2019, announcing the name to be Gene Attell Fisher. The middle name was a tribute to her fellow comedian, Dave Attell.

But nearly 12 months on, she's had to change that.

"Do you guys know that Gene, our baby’s name is officially changed? It’s now Gene David Fischer. It was Gene Attell Fischer, but we realised that we, by accident, named our son 'Genital'," the actor and comedian revealed on podcast 3 Girls, 1 Keith.

Schumer added that 'David' is also her father's middle name.

"So, two stones," she said on the podcast.

On Instagram, Schumer made fun of their accident, posting a selfie with her husband alongside the caption: "Oh, like you never named your kid Genital fissure!!!!!!!"

A number of celebrities, from Ellen DeGeneres to Sam Smith, have complained about being in isolation due to the global pandemic. But as an onslaught of people have pointed out, their 'quarantine life' looks immeasurably different to most.

And comedian Ricky Gervais has a message to those celebrities who continue to whinge about the current situation from the safety and comfort of their millionaire mansions.

"After this is over I never want to hear people moaning about the welfare state again, I never want to hear people moaning about nurses again. Or porters," he said in an interview with The Sun.

"These people are doing 14-hour shifts and not complaining. Wearing masks, and being left with sores, after risking their own health and their families’ health selflessly.

"But then I see someone complaining about being in a mansion with a swimming pool. And, you know, honestly, I just don’t want to hear it."

Say it louder for the ones at the back, Ricky.

5. "One big happy family. For a day." How Caitlyn Jenner's relationships with her kids fell apart.

In a 17-year time frame, Brandon Jenner estimates he saw his father no more than half a dozen times.

Now they talk almost daily, but in To Me, He Was Just Dad, a collection of 40 stories shared by the children of famous fathers, the 38-year-old recalled his very distant relationship with dad Caitlyn Jenner growing up.

“I didn’t see my father more than half a dozen times between the ages eight and 25,” Brandon wrote.

“Sadly the infrequent exchanges felt more like staged photo opportunities than real bonding. In fact, they were stage photo ops for ‘family’ Christmas cards: me, Brody, Burt and Casey alongside our father. We were one big happy family. For a day.”

Brandon is one of Caitlyn’s six children. She has two children, Burt Jenner, 41, and Cassandra Marino, 39, from her first marriage to Chrystie Scott, from 1972 to 1981.

In 1981, she married Linda Thompson, the mother of Brandon, 38, and brother Brody Jenner, 36.

On April 21, 1991, Caitlyn married Kris Kardashian after five months of dating, and they have two daughters Kendall Jenner, 24, and Kylie Jenner, 22. Caitlyn was also the stepfather of Kris' four children with Robert Kardashian; Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob.

When Caitlyn, then Bruce, married Kris in 1991, it had a major impact on the previously-friendly relationship between Brandon's mother Linda Thompson and his father, who had divorced in 1986.

Brandon said he kept his distance from the Kardashian-Jenner household.

"After Dad met and married Kris, family became a business for [her], and I stayed away for most of my teenage years. I didn't want to be a part of their dynamic.

"I know now, though, that Dad was pretty unhappy in that house and felt like [she] wasn't treated well."
