The best Carrie Fisher obituary came straight from the actress' own mouth.

There’s no denying Carrie Fisher was “one-of-a-kind.”

Funnily enough, this was exactly how both her former Star Wars co-stars, Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford, described her today.

The label is all the more fitting when you consider how Fisher herself, who died of a heart attack aged 60, wanted to be remembered.

In her one-woman-show turned best-selling novel Wishful Drinking, the fiercely witty actress, writer and mental health advocate, joked about her obituary.

Her tongue-in-cheek — but incredible — suggestion followed an anecdote from her time working with Star Wars director George Lucas as the now-iconic Princess Leia.
