Feeling that early winter chill? Need something to keep your poor little head warm as the mercury drops?
You are in luck, dear reader. The 2017 range of Carrie Bickmore’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer are now on sale, as of Monday night.
Trust us, you’ll want to get in fast – the first range sold out with the speed of a Kate Middleton-endorsed dress.
“Last year we sold out within days and even though we have ordered heaps more this year we can’t guarantee a beanie for everyone,” Bickmore implored on Instagram.
Not only are Bickmore’s beanies snug, warm and on-trend, they’re all for a wonderful cause.
The Project host launched the foundation to raise funds and awareness for brain cancer, the disease that claimed the life of her beloved first husband Greg Lange, who passed away in 2010 aged just 35.
In 2016, the beanies proved so popular that Bickmore’s aim of raising one million dollars was surpassed.
“Next year we will order three times as many beanies,” she promised those who missed out.
If you need further incentive to buy a beanie, each order goes into the draw to win a Mercedez-Benz A180. Not too shabby at all.
The 2017 beanie range includes adults, kids and unisex designs in two very on-trend colours: dusty pink and grey marle (with teal detailing). And yes, three of them have pom-poms. All the best beanies do.
Bickmore has been sharing the designs on Instagram, as modelled by herself, her friends, and her own children.
Her Project co-hosts Tommy Little, Waleed Aly and Gretel Killeen also got in on the modelling action:
The kids beanies are $24.95, while adult ones are $29.95.
