My son used to "breast feed" dolls while playing with his cars when I was breast feeding his younger brother. Since then he hasn't really been drawn to dolls, but if he wanted one I see no problem.
Haha....yes.....my 3 yr old son breastfed my old doll while I was BF his sister. It lasted about a week then he threw the doll on the floor and went back to his tractors never looking back.
