We’re usually advised to pay careful attention to our children and put down our phones.

But Perth blogger and busy mum, Constance Hall, is rewriting the rule book. And her advice has struck a chord with plenty of parents.

The 32-year-old, who describes her days as filled with “mammoth fails and micro victories”, shared her expletives-laden advice to mothers on Facebook yesterday.

It has already received more than 200,000 likes.
