Ryan Reynolds joined Instagram earlier this week, and now he’s given followers a first glimpse at his adorable baby girl.
The actor, 38, shared a sweet photo of little James grasping his thumb.
"Thumb wrestling isn't always fair. Curiously, my hand is the small one," he hilariously captioned the image.
Reynolds and wife Blake Lively, who welcomed James just before the new year, previously hadn't released any pictures of their first daughter. They also kept mum regarding the child's name for nearly three months.
"I didn't want to be the first guy screaming it out to the media," Reynolds explained.
The protective father added that he'd prefer that James stayed out of the spotlight.
"I worry that my daughter's going to want to go into show business," he said.
