What is Tower 28?

Tower 28 was launched in 2019 by Californian Amy Liu, who struggled with temperamental skin her entire adult life.

Back in 2019, after working as a beauty executive for over 15 years, Amy — who was in her 40s — decided to take a leap of faith and start her own brand.

Her goal? To make sure reactive skin could still have fun with beauty.
