The top 10 songs Australians are running to right now.

It’s hard to argue that music makes exercise many, many times better. It distracts you from the pain you’re currently going through, makes you feel like an absolute boss, and gets you motivated.

Let’s face it, we all need an extra push sometimes — especially when it comes to walking away from Netflix and smashing out some cardio.

There’s a particular mindset to get in to when you go for a run, and cute workout gear is only part of it. Finding the right mixture of cheesy pop and kickass power tracks is imperative to a successful session, but it can be a challenge.

Luckily, the legends over at Spotify Australia have compiled Australia’s ten favourite songs to pound the pavement to and put them into one ace playlist. Here’s the lineup:

Top Running Songs In Australia

1. Flume – Never Be Like You
2. Justin Bieber – Sorry
3. Jonas Blue – Fast Car – Radio Edit
4. Major Lazer – Lean On (feat. MØ & DJ Snake)
5. Justin Bieber – What Do You Mean?
6. Robin Schulz – Sugar (feat. Francesco Yates)
7. Duke Dumont – Ocean Drive
8. Kiiara – Gold
9. Justin Bieber – Love Yourself
10. Zara Larsson – Lush Life

The playlist was based on the data of Aussie Spotify users who streamed songs from playlists containing the words “work out”, “workout”, “working out”, “fitness”, “running”, “run”, “jog”, “jogging” or “gym”.

And it’s absolutely not surprising that Justin Bieber earned himself three entries.

Enjoy.
