LEIGH CAMPBELL: 'The 3 multi-purpose beauty products that cut my routine in half.'

When I become the Prime Minister of Australia, one of the first things I will do is make more things multi-use.

A bus that’s also a gym so you can work out on your commute to work? Done.

An umbrella that also has LED in it so you can bask under the rejuvenating rays while fending off rain? Too easy.

But seriously, I do love multi-use beauty products. I mean, who doesn't? Inspired by one Kelly McCarren recommended recently, I thought I'd share a few of my faves, too.

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, $80.

This product has been around for longer than I've been in the industry, which is decades. It's what they call an 'express glow treatment' and can be used three ways — as a mask (tissue off residue after 10 minutes), as a moisturiser, or as a primer (on top of your other skincare).

M.A.C Studio Face And Body Foundation, $83.

A favourite in makeup artist’s kits for its versatility, this sheer foundation gives a semi-glowy satin finish that you can still see your skin through. It's often used to even out sunspots or tan lines on the chest, too. Use it wherever you want a more even skin tone.

Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask, $43.

Another cult-status cream is the product that put Summer Fridays on the map. As you might have guessed, it's great for giving your skin a big drink when you travel but is equally as excellent as a nourishing moisturiser when you're home.
