LEIGH CAMPBELL: 'The 3-in-1 K-Beauty product I rate for radiant skin (and it's $25).'

While Korean beauty products are all the rage right now, achieving that enviable K-beauty 'glass skin' is often associated with a lengthy 12-step skincare routine.

But let's be real. Nobody has time for that.

However, you can still address all your skin concerns, like pigmentation, uneven skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles, dehydration and large pores, without having to invest hours every day into a skincare routine.

Well, on a recent episode of You Beauty podcast, Leigh and Kelly revealed the one K-beauty product that can do just that: the AHC Luminous Glow Real Eye Cream for Face, $25.

"It's the number one aesthetician skincare brand in Korea, they have a whole range of products but the one that kind of put them on the map here in Australia was the Eye Cream For Face," Leigh explained.

Wait, an eye cream for your… entire face?

Okay, hear us out.

"So you put it all over your face," Leigh said. "It's a really beautiful sort of rich emollient multi-use — you can use it as a primer or a balm or for slugging."

Ideal for lazy and sensitive skin girlies, this one-and-done cream is designed with all the benefits of a concentrated eye cream to minimise pigmentation, boost hydration and reduce fine lines and wrinkles, but without clogging your pores or making your skin too oily.

All you need to do is slap it on and let the magic work — no extra products required.

But the best bit? This product will only set you back around $20 (in fact, at the time of writing it's currently on sale here for $17.50). And Leigh, who is a true AHC convert, even mentioned the brand's latest four-product Niacin Biome range is now available at Priceline, with nothing over $69.

Aside from AHC, if you're looking to simplify your skincare routine, there are many other affordable K-beauty brands that are widely available in Australia.

Exhibit A: Innisfree, which uses the finest ingredients responsibly sourced from Korea's pristine Jeju Island (please add this destination to your bucket list).

If you're an Innisfree newbie, one of your first products to try should be their best-selling Green Tea Seed Hyaluronic Cream, $40, which is an ultra-hydrating daily moisturiser. It's made with a specially formulated green tea that boasts a higher amino acid content for more intensive hydration and enhanced skin elasticity, without a heavy feeling.

The Holika Holika Good Cera Super Ceramide Emulsion, $30, is another product that has made its way into Leigh’s skincare routine.

"It's just a beautiful first step after cleansing," she noted.

This lightweight formula uses a concoction of ceramides to replenish and maintain skin moisture, along with bacillus extract to buff away dead skin cells.

On Kelly’s list of tried-and-tested K-beauty brands was Jelly Ko

"They have got so many cool products," she said. "Everything I’ve tried has been so good and they have really interesting, innovative products."

One notable gem you should try from the range is the Be Jelly Overnight Dream Serum, $60. It's formulated with ingredients like retinol, collagen, panthenol, squalene and four (!!!) types of hyaluronic acid to target stubborn spots, reduce the appearance of blemishes and provide smoother, more evenly textured skin.

I can also attest to the fact that Jelly Ko's best-selling Cherry Blossom Sleeping Mask, $64, is extremely worth the hype and will indeed, leave you waking up to glass-looking skin.

If you're unsure of what other K-beauty products are worthy of investing in, Leigh shared a sneaky hack that helps her decide what to purchase.

"Jump on Amazon, type in 'Korean skincare' and then just search for the highest rated," she revealed.

For example, one product that Leigh recently came across on Amazon — and is yet to try — is the Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil, which has garnered a five-star average rating from over 9,000 reviews.

This viral $23 mild makeup remover effectively rids the skin of impurities while leaving a refreshed and hydrated finish. And despite any hesitations you may have towards the word 'oil' in the product's name, I've tried it and can confirm it's actually super lightweight and perfect for acne-prone skin.

Another Amazon best-selling product is the Mixsoon Bean Essence, $40 — a 2-in-1 internet-famous K-beauty formula, which we’ve previously reviewed here

You should also keep note of best-selling K-beauty brands Dear, Klairs and Beauty of Joseon, which all boast product ranges with thousands of five-star reviews.

Case in point: "Korean skincare is incredible," Leigh concluded. "It's really world-class leading. Lots of beautiful delicious layers."
