The inevitable news that no one wanted to hear.
Bali’s chief prosecutor has confirmed that Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan will be moved on Wednesday to Nusakambangan Island, where they will be executed.
Prosecutor Momock Bambang Samiarso met with officials today to co-ordinate the move of the Australian Bali 9 drug traffickers, which he has confirmed will now take place tomorrow at noon.
“Co-ordination has been completed, it (the transfer) will be implemented tomorrow at noon,” he told reporters.
Mr Momock said that preparations had now been made for the transfer -including military aircrafts.
The pair may be executed within a number of days, but will be given a minimum of 72 hours notice.
The exact time will depend on the transfer of nine other prisoners who will also face the firing squad.
More to come.

I don't think anyone is forgetting that these men committed a crime a decade ago. They don't forget what they did, (after all, ten years is a long time to contemplate), their families don't, their lawyers don't forget that. The real issue is whether the punishment fits the crime. I don't believe it does. So many , many people on various forums have said "I don't believe in the death penalty, but .............. remember what they did?" I think that's just a very handy way of absolving yourselves from the necessity of feeling anything at all when this terrible punishment is carried out.
The cruelty of this process is untenable and barbaric. This is an opportunity for a man and a nation to stand up and say no to violence. Laws are made by people they can be changed by people. There is enough death and destruction in the world without state sanctioned murder. The over the top Indonesian government use of military to carry out the murder of two men would be laughable if it wasn't so disgusting.
