Will it be love at first sight?
Meet Luke Haddrick.
He is a 28-year-old marketing professional who grew up in Sydney’s east.
He will also be one of 16 men to compete on-air for Sam Frost’s affections when The Bachelorette Australia reality TV show airs later this year.
According to what appears to be Luke’s Instagram account, the former Scots College student presents as a groomed, outdoorsy and social kind of guy.
And according to the The Daily Telegrah, Luke's friends think his down-to-earth personality, good looks and career ambition will win Sam's heart.
"Personality-wise, he is confident, loyal and ambitious," a close friend of Luke's told the publication.
"He loves fashion, cooking, being healthy, exercise and is a sports fanatic. I don’t have a negative word to say."
Sam, 25, was humiliated last year after "love rat" Bachelor Blake Garvey proposed to her on The Bachelor season two finale, only to be later dumped by Blake in favour of fellow contestant Louise Pillidge.
But Sam is getting a second-chance at love after she was announced as Australia's first Bachelorette.
Sam told The Daily Telegraph she was ignoring any negative comments. "I have had so much support, which is amazing," she said.
The Bachelorette Australia series will air later this year after season three of The Bachelor.
