I just like the good old standard ANZAC biscuit. The only thing I'd add are toasted Aussie macadamia halves and wholes. Om nom nom nom!
I made an anzac rocky road for work today- melted chocolate, crushed anzac biscuits, marshmallows and dessicated coconut. It was a huge hit!!
