Would you let your kids plan your wedding? Ange and Brad would.
We’re all expecting Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s wedding to be a tasteful, elegant, elaborate event. But if the couple’s eager young wedding planners have their way, it’ll be anything but. (Fingers crossed.)
The Hollywood power couple has been seeking wedding guidance from their adorable brood of kids, who range from age 5 to age 12. As you might imagine, they’ve got some interesting ideas in mind.
“We are discussing it with the children and how they imagine it might be, which is verging on hysterical, how kids envision a wedding,” bride-to-be Angelina, 38, told People magazine.
“It’s going to be Disney or paintball – one or the other!”
Jolie-Pitt children, we like your thinking. Let’s just pause for a minute to imagine this ridiculously polished and attractive duo exchanging vows under a volley of paintballs, or doing so in ridiculous Disneyland outfits. How’s that for a mental image?
Angelina and Brad have been engaged since April 2012. Their wedding will be the second one for Brad, who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston, and the third for Angelina, who is divorced from actors Johnny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton.
We don’t know any other details, but one thing is certain – with six kids, they’re not short of candidates for flower girls and page boys.
If your kids were given a chance to organise your wedding, how would it turn out?
