Allison Williams, AKA Marnie Michaels in Girls, is getting married to boyfriend of three years, College Humor co-founder, Ricky Van Veen.
Allison, 25, is most famous for her gorgeous-but-neurotic character in the hit HBO series (and is, apparently, luckier in love than her on-screen counterpart.)
According to People:
The daughter of NBC news anchor Brian Williams met the College Humor co-founder through mutual friends and told Glamour earlier this month that she would “walk away from” her career in order to have kids. “I’d love to be a mom – and not have to bring my kids into my trailer … Or a balance [of both],” said Williams, who plays Marnie on the hit HBO show. “But you’ve [got to] call it on the fly to a certain extent.”
Her rep hasn’t yet hinted at when the wedding will be.

Just a quick question: what happened to all the Fluff being in one article? We now seem to get five different Fluff articles every day, each with a single piece of celebrity 'news'. I much preferred the old method: one news post that summed up the important things we should know about, and one Fluff piece incorporating the stuff that no one really gives a crap about but we inevitably end up discussing anyway (and I am 100% guilty as charged on that point).
Today we've had the pregnant supermodel, the engaged star of 'Girls', Margot Robbie dating a farmer, Katy Perry and John Mayer breaking up, Lara Bingle starting the fight and Kylie still loving Michael Hutchence all in separate articles. Why isn't it all in the one post like it used to be?
