"This is where cyber bullying begins." Ada Nicodemou's message to body shamers who call her 'fake'.

Ada Nicodemou is living her best life in the Maldives and we’re… very jealous.

The Home and Away actress has been sharing images from her (very luxe) holiday with partner Adam Rigby on Instagram all week, and while we’ve been swooning over the blue water, cocktails and tropical foods, other users have had negative things to say about the 41-year-old mum.

One negative comment on a bikini photo said Ada looked “fake” and well, she wasn’t going to let them get away with that.

She called out body shamers in her response and asked them to think about the impact of their words.

Ada acknowledged for the first time that she has had a breast augmentation, rightly pointing out that it’s her body and she can do with it whatever the heck she wants.

“I appreciate that everyone has a right to an opinion but have you stopped to think what example this gives to other girls and young women about body shaming and tearing down other women?” she wrote.

“This is where cyber bullying begins. And btw, I don’t use fillers and I rarely use Botox and the only surgery that I’ve done that is ‘fake’ is breast augmentation which I have every right to do. Maybe think twice before you post next time.”

Ada was also criticised after posting a selfie in December, with many comments calling her ‘fake’ and accusing her of having fillers.

She has previously told the Daily Mail she is not opposed to cosmetic surgery.

“Everyone should do whatever makes them feel good,” she said when asked about Botox.

“I have no judgement on it whatsoever.”
