Sweetie darling – do we have some news for you!

Jennifer Saunders has finally come to the party and confirmed that there will be an Absolutely Fabulous movie.

Champers for everyone, mwah, mwah.

Co-star in the BCC sitcom, Joanna Lumley (Patsy) has been alluding to the much-loved TV show’s transition from small to the big screen for years. However Saunders (Eddie) who actually has to write the bloody thing has always been tight lipped.

Following a sneaky public bet for $100,000 with fellow comedian Dawn French however, Saunders has announced that she will be delivering and is working on a script right now.

Absolutely Fabulous ran for 5 seasons in the 1990s to huge critical acclaim and was a massive hit here in Australia.

Madonna uses Instagram again – Internet explodes.

First she Instagrammed a photo of a penis shaped bong, then came some nice shots of her family in the snow, and now?

Well now Madonna has decided to share a photo of her 13-year-old son Rocco Ritchie and friends posing with two bottles of Belvedere vodka and some Bombay Sapphire Gin titled:  ‘The party has just begun! Bring it! 2014’

Because, Madonna.

The 55-year-old mother of four shared the image with her 1,005,982 million followers. And boy, has she copped some criticism with, you know, her son is 13 and all. However the Material Girl assured fans that she was managing the situation, responding:

“No one was drinking we were just having fun! Calm down and get a sense of humour! Don’t start the year off with judgment!” she wrote.

The Queen tells Harry to shave his beard, because she is the Queen.

Prince Harry has been rocking a brand new accessory, a very hipster beard, care of his recent trip to the polar ice caps in support of injured war veterans. We like it a lot.

Apparently Harry’s new look has the royal seal of approval from his big brother and the Duchess of Cambridge, but the head of the firm isn’t that fussed.

The Queen’s not a fan of facial hair and demands all staff be clean shaven. The word is that she has instructed Harry to remove the offending hair asap.

We think that would be a travesty. But, we also understand that it is a tough job running a Kingdom, so it’s important to make sure everyone plays by the same rules.

Sometimes you just have to listen to Granny – right Haz?

Game of Thrones fans rejoice: Kings Landing is an actual place.

To celebrate the release of the Game of Thrones Season 3 DVD, a small town in the UK called Kings Langley will officially change its name to Kings Landing. As in, royal capital of the seven kingdoms of Westeros Kings Landing (if that sounds like lame fantasy drivel to you, stop what you’re doing right now and watch Game of Thrones).

Obviously you’re booking your plane ticket at this very moment, but before you do, you should probably know that the name change is only for one week in February, so there’s not a lot of time to live out your GOT dreams.

There will also be a bunch of fantasy-themed Game of Thrones style events over the seven days (presumedly minus the death, torture, nudity, incest and gratuitous violence).

Emma Roberts engaged at 22?

The niece of Julia Roberts, 22-year-old Emma Roberts is apparently engaged to her 26-year-old boyfriend Evan Peters. Peters reportedly popped the question to the Wild Child star with a pink and gold diamond ring in New York last December.

The couple, who have been dating for just over a year have never been far from the headlines. In 2013, Roberts was arrested and questioned by police after Peters emerged from their hotel room sporting a bloody nose and visible bite marks. Peters later declined to press charges against his girlfriend and has since called Emma “the love of my life” – naawww?

Demi Moore in love with Friday, the person, not the day.

Demi Moore spent the first few days of 2014 moving on from her divorce from Ashton Kutcher by frolicking on a Mexico beach with a new man. A new much much younger man. 27 years old to be exact.

Introducing to the world: Sean Friday.

Friday is a drummer in a Los Angeles-based rock band called Dead Sara. He comes in at 24 years younger than Moore (who is 51 years old) and two years older than Moore’s daughter, Rumer. In true rocker style, it is reported that he has several tatoos (what rock band drummer doesn’t?).

It is also reported that he is tech savy (what 27 year old isn’t?).
